Recently worked with Zack and crew of Always Perfect Contracting to replace a slate roof on a circa 1900s home in Shadyside. Excellent & professional service. Beat out the competition because Zach took the time to secure the roof from leaks in the interim before it was replaced. That was a big deal considering how much it rained during the weeks before the new roof could be installed because of permits. Fair price too!

Zach and his team are ALWAYS extremely professional and get the job done effectively and efficiently, and the quality of work is second to none. I have been using Always Perfect for many years and numerous roofing projects. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always transparent about what they are doing and why. I am a loyal customer because they have always provided excellent service at a reasonable cost.

The work completed was done to my high standards with careful attention to quality. The entire roof was done in one day and that includes removing the old roof, laying down OBS over existing wood, lining the box gutters and putting down the new Owens Corning shingles. The color looks great with the red brick and trim.

Zach at Always Perfect Contracting came out to our house to assess some wind damage and replace a chimney cap that blew off our roof. He was able to build a custom cap and install it for a reasonable rate. Throughout the process he was communicative about costs and timing. It’s hard to find good contractors these days and I’m glad we found him! Looking at the new cap, I don’t think we will have any wind related issues anymore.

Always Perfect Contracting does great work! They specialize on smaller jobs, something a lot of contracting companies don't. Always Perfect has completed three different jobs for me: repairing some shingles that were ripped off in a storm, roofing a new porch we had put on our house, and adding gutters to that new porch. All jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend these guys!
