Zach and one of his employees checked my roof last week and cleaned the gutters. No major problems found. This is the 2nd time that I’ve used Zach’s company. He is very thorough and doesn’t mind explaining things. About 3 years ago he installed a new roof fan (my 20 year old fan had quit) and the new fan is so much quieter than the old fan that I now have to go into the attic to hear if it’s spinning. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Zach’s company again.

I spoke with four contractors and the estimate I received from Always Perfect Contracting was the clearest. Vic explained in detail the costs associated with each item on the estimate. I was told upfront that there may be additional costs if portions of the plywood on the roof needed replace. The job was scheduled and completed at the scheduled time. After the old shingles were removed Vic informed me that four plywood sections would need to be replaced and he want my permission to buy the new sections, which I gave him since I was informed of this possibility upfront. All remaining work was performed to my satisfaction. After the work was completed Vic stopped by to see if I had any questions and to collect final payment. Although it was raining that day Vic also walked around my yard to do a final cleanup. I am completely happy with the work that was performed. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I will definitely recommend them to anybody need their roof replaced.

In January 2021, Zach evaluated my roof and replaced 3 of my shingles and cleaned the debris from the gutters on my garage. Suggested that I might check back in 2-3 years to check again as I consider replacing my solar panels. He was on time for appointments and explained the situation. I am going to check with him this year.

I had new gutters installed and the flashing on my chimney repaired due to storm damage. Zak did everything, I had requested. However the flashing repair did not work. I still had leaking problems. I called Zak and told him and his response was immediate. He didn’t just do another repair. He ripped out the old flashing and personally installed a new one. He also replaced some shingles around the chimney. He did not request additional money. He apologized that he had to return. No more leaks. He was not present when his workers had attempted to fix it. The workers did do a beautiful job replacing my gutters. I was very pleased with the work.

Vic reached out to us to schedule vinyl siding, gutter, and downspout replacement, as well as reconditioning our fascia and rakeboards with sheet metal. He was friendly and corresponded timely and often with us to get us on their schedule while working around ours! Zack and his team came to install, and I found out after the job was done that he’s the owner – which any owner that works shoulder to shoulder with his guys and gets his hands dirty too, speaks volumes of his integrity. They were friendly, punctual, and respectful of my property over the course of the four day install – I appreciated them cleaning up at the end of each work day too! The siding, trimwork, gutters, caulking, everything they did, you could tell they care about their craftsmanship. To my pleasant surprise, they even replaced four shingles that blew off in high winds last year without asking, saving me from scheduling to get that repaired too!! I truly felt that these guys cared about doing a quality job, not just getting paid – which is a difficult trait to find in home improvement contractors. Thank you Always Perfect!!

We reached out to Zach and his team because our house had old, leaking box gutter off our front porch. We live on a steep hill with trees close to the house, so I was a bit worried about how they would get it done. They arrived on Monday and got started and were finished with the entire project by Thursday morning. This included a full roof replacement and replacement of the box gutter themselves. The gentlemen that worked on the job were polite and helped us with any questions we had. The value and craftsmanship in their work is unbeatable. They kept the wood work to the style of the house so it looks like it was always there. I would highly recommend Always Perfect for any gutter/roofing project, particularly a house with old/box gutters!

Just wanted to leave a note to say APC’s team is extremely professional. I asked them to come out and quote an emergency repair for us, promptly forgot the scheduled appointment, and had it fixed the day before they came out by another local company. Big mistake on my part because I didn’t call APC and cancel. When they arrived, the contractor seemed happier I’d gotten the work done in time than he was frustrated that he had made the drive, which is more than professional, it’s downright generous. APC was on my list because I know they do great work. Next time they’ll be at the top of my list because of how understanding they were.
